Where will we be staying and what's important about travel to Arizona?

I suggest planning to arrive mid day Thursday to be comfortably 'here' before we start early on Friday. Schedule flights out of Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix, no earlier than Saturday 6pm.

You'll be staying about 2.5 miles away from the Retreat site with all the modern luxuries in our retreat hotel, the Scottsdale Cottonwood Resorts. We've negotiated an amazing rate of $89/night-which is VERY good for October in Phoenix. You can walk to shops and evening restaurants at the nearby Borgota with a Trader Joes right there. Also know there are spa options at Dolce Spa.
